“The LORD preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me.” Psalm 116:6 KJV

Help in a Lowly Place: In the various areas in which I work, it causes me to be a part of different networks and associations. This has been beneficial when I am seeking a particular person, service or product either for myself or someone else. Being in a position to be connected, is considered to some a privilege and to others a validation of status. Not having resources available at your fingertips can be quite challenging when you are in need. More frustrating is being connected to the right people who provide the services that you seek and they are still unable to help you.

Everyone doesn’t have the luxury to be in the loop of connectivity. Everyone that is connected still find themselves disconnected at times. Regardless of status, there is a common place that we all will experience in different realms. It is called a lowly place.

“For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.” Psalm 116:8

Spiritual Manifestation: Even the lofty experience lowliness. And it is a good thing. Consider David who experienced periods of lowliness before his calling to greatness and even more during his prestigious reign. David had access to soldiers, advisers and priests. Connected to a great network of support, but they couldn’t help when he reached his lowest place. It was because of his connection to God, the Father, that he was able to be victorious.

You might be experiencing a place of lowliness right now and it seems that no one can or is even concerned about helping you. It might be time to change or rearrange your loop because God does work through people. But only God can pull you from a place of despair and give you the help you need. He can deliver you from the thing seeking to kill you. He can turn your tears of sorrow to joy. And will catch you before you fall to the bottom. It might feel as though you are at rock bottom right now, but that is only an illusion the enemy wants you to believe. God protects those that sincerely call upon him and grants mercy and goodness. Go ahead and give him the sacrifice of thanksgiving now, because it’s manifestation time!
