During my devotional period this morning, I revisited a passage on faith and healing and recalled this blog I wrote in October 2013, that has been published in my second Spirit Realm devotional book. May you be encouraged by it!

Church, Let's Talk!


“Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, ‘Why couldn’t we drive it out?’  He replied, ‘Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you” (Matthew 17:19-21,NIV).

Seed Faith:  We know that it is impossible to please God without faith (Hebrew 11:6) and having any measure of faith includes trusting and believing. When we are believing God to do something in our lives, great or small, it can appear to be risky. This is our five senses at work. But faith steps in and says, “Even if I stumble or fall while doing this, I trust that God will catch me”.
